Would specially like to highlight the 4 days that we spent in Airlie as per Yesha's recommendation. It was our personal favourite part of the trip. Everything was more than amazing. The stay at Peppers was fantastic with complete disconnection from the virtual world. Those who want to spend real time with each other without the phone and internet connection with good positive small town vibe, this is the right place with limited connections to the main Street of the town. Even the hospitality of the entire staff was extremely good. Then the ocean rafting was a good experience followed by the sea plane ride thereby witnessing the Great Barrier Reef from the ocean as well as from the sky. Small town with good vibes all over. We started our trip from Gold Coast in the North and then moved towards South via Airlie, Sydney, Canberra and finally to Melbourne. Keeping aside the routine touristy things that people usually do, our preference was to explore all the places / spots like the locals do therefore we had tried to avoid most of the activities / attractions that are usually found on the must do / go lists. Out of the whole USA visit, Alaska Cruise took my heart away !! One of the most memorable journey of my life so far ! Although, having an prior cruise experience, Alaska cruise was mind blowing.What an experience !Between beautiful snow clad mountains, gigantic cruise liner cutting the turquoise colour river is exquisite !! I am glad, we chose CurioCity Holidays for such an unforgettable experience ! Not only the view was great but cruise they had booked for us !Definitely, one should opt for this experience.
